  3. Choose from 6 scientifically-backed breathing techniques
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions when it's time to breathe

User Guide

Getting Started

Click the Breathe Easy icon in your Chrome toolbar to open the extension.

Set your preferred reminder interval in the dropdown menu.

Choose your desired breathing exercise from the available options.

Click "Save Settings" to apply your choices.

Using the Exercises

When a reminder appears, click it to open the exercise page.

Follow the on-screen instructions for inhaling, holding, and exhaling.

Use the progress bar to track your session time.

Click "Stop" at any time to end the session early.

Customizing Your Experience

Adjust exercise duration in the extension popup.

Toggle breathing sounds and background music on/off during exercises.

Use the volume slider to adjust audio levels.

Tracking Your Progress

View your current streak, longest streak, and total sessions in the extension popup.

Check your breathing time for today, this week, and all-time.
